I am a fully qualified Civil Funeral Celebrant, Dip. F.C., delivering both traditional and very individual services.
Every single one of us is unique, and I firmly believe that we all deserve to have the very best send off. I am also passionate about encouraging people to discuss in advance what sort of service/send off they would like.
I am also busy helping to launch a project to preserve people's life stories/funeral scripts for academics and students to use for social research purposes.
Talk Description
Funerals, Rules, What Rules?
I deliver a light hearted talk about all things Funerals. We explore the huge variety of options available, and debust the many myths that surround funeral planning.
Understandably, people are often reluctant to even think about their own service, but at the end of my talk I always leave everyone animanted and determined to put their own plans in place.
I bring lots of props with me (no coffins, I promise!), which help to create a visual presntation alongside me sharing my knowledge and insights.
I am registered on the Warwickshire WI website, but will give talks to any groups, and am willing to travel (travel costs will be added).
