The Wisest Fool in Christendom – a look at the reputation of James I – the king who was almost blown up, who executed Sir Walter Raleigh, whose tongue was too big for his mouth whilst his King James Bible is still the most used version and some of Shakespeare’s greatest plays were written to be peformed for him etc etc

When the Parisians Ate the Zoo - how the power couple of the 19C ( Emperor Napoleon III and Empress Eugenie) impacted on the City of Light and Haute Couture, then how Napoleon’s desire for glory enabled Germany to become a nation state, why balloon post became a “thing”, why the animals ended up on the menu and the tragedy of the Paris Commune.
