Profile Bio
I originally came from the Philippines and was a Primary School teacher there for 8 years. I always enjoy public speaking and role playing when I was still a student and always find time to organise one for my pupils.
I arrived in the UK 16 years ago and started working in my local primary school and joining in their pantomime events. At the same time, I had auditions with various groups to be in their speaker directory. Luckily in 2016, I got accepted and started taking bookings from various ladies and mixed groups. Nine years on, I can say that I am an experienced and confident speaker in my field. Several of my present bookings are from recommendations from my previous talks.
Talk Description
The Making of Hand Woven bags from the Philippines
It is supported by a PowerPoint presentation, which includes videos showing the harvesting and extracting of the fibres from the local plant. Also, the dyeing and weaving process. Samples of the raw materials and finished products will be available for the ladies to hold, have a closer look or purchase (if they wish to do do.) (50-60 mins)

A humorous talk on the everyday lives of ordinary Filipinos which other people might find it amusing, strange or even weird! It is supported by power point presentation showing videos and pictures of unusual foods, transport and practices in the Philippines. (50 mins).

A talk about the different shells found in the Philippines and the products made from them. It is supported by PowerPoint presentation showing videos and pictures of these shells and the daring ways how they are harvested. Shells and shell products are available for ladies to hold , have a closer look or purchase( if they wish to do so) (50 mins).

A talk and demonstration about coconut shells and various products made from them. (60 mins).
